A short trip to Humen to see the ruin of the Opium War. This hotel was chosen as it is right located at one of the bus stops of Straight-through Bus. It is grand but a little dated. You can buy buffet breakfast at reception counter at RMB$38. Children below 1.2m eat for free. Room is of reasonable size. Some rooms (we booked 3) have flat LCD monitor and bathtub. Friends said bed is too hard but I find it ok. There is a Chinese restaurant on 2/F, which serves good food at very cheap price (RMB$177 for 4 adults and 4 children). My little daughter wanted to have milk before sleep. So I went down after 9 p.m.. The waitress told me a box of fresh milk (1L) costs RMB$60. A short walk to a convenient store on the opposite road 1/4 the price.[2019-06-09 20:35]

酒店冷清，感觉很萧条！早餐很差！日本餐厅也已经停业，只有泳池没什么人游，比较好！东莞人家经济真的大不如前！

酒店很豪华，大堂大停车方便！服务好我们住的是家庭套房很大面积，就是那个浴缸不喜欢。应该要配个淋浴房。
